Simone’s interior is undeniably unique.
Composed of up-cycled items found in various places, most major furnishing of the bar have a good story and a rich past life.
Private parties are held in our “Art Lab”, whose interior is primarily built of remnants of an abandoned high school’s science lab.
Every month the Art Lab also hosts a different local artist, whose work is featured and sold commission free.
So yes, pun intended — it’s named the Art Lab for a reason!

Our art lab is wired for independent sound, so you can bring a DJ or play your own playlist!
Private parties also have access to our projector — so you can host a viewing party or display a photo slide show.

Bring a DJ/Band:
The Art Lab is independently wired and has it’s own DJ input. While you won’t have to bring speakers, we are unable to provide guests with a mixer or any additional equipment.
Make a Playlist:
Create a Spotify playlist and play it during your event! Because who has better taste than you?
Visuals:
TV/Projector:
Utilize our projector and large screen to host a viewing party or show a photo slideshow!
Lights:
The Lab is equipped with multiple stage lights and even a disco ball!

FAQs

Do you ACCOMMODATE reservations for groups of less than 15?

Unfortunately we are unable to accommodate reservations for groups less than 15.

Do you charge a room fee for parties?

We never charge a room fee, but private parties do require a minimum spend of $900.

Why are saturday nights difficult to book?

Every Saturday we host high production events that begin at 9pm. These events require both rooms and also have a cover charge . We are flexible depending on the size of party and time you’re looking to have your party. Please inquire with Simone’s event manager. Check our event calendar to see what’s happening this weekend!
